This workshop will cover basic tools for establishing “fair” equity splits, methods of protecting ownership when a cofounder leaves and what to expect when it comes to dilution. Ben has extensive experience in early stage BioTech and is currently a cofounder of Bluegrass Pharmaceuticals.
