(WORKSHOP) GET (MORE) CASH FLOWING: SALES STRATEGY II – CUSTOMER OUTREACH STRATEGY

Business owners will identify where their ideal customers are and how to reach them. We will create not only the outreach and contact strategy to attract new customers, but draft a full customer experience map that shows how customers engage with your business. Participants will finish the workshop with a plan to improve customer acquisition and customer retention.
