Whether you got made redundant, have been working from home, or are caring for dependents, chances are that you’re feeling more stressed than usual.

When the stress is prolonged over a period of time, it can lead to mental and physical exhaustion that is hard to recover from – this is called burnout. Chances are you’re burnt out if you’ve been feeling drained (or like you’ve hit a wall), lost motivation and energy, and are feeling detached from work that you otherwise enjoyed.
